I can understand why this feature is not there... you want to share with others to prep for the meeting. Now consider cases like 1:1 meetings with an employee where you may want to have notes for the conversation... that you don't want to share with the employee.

This would be extremely helpful for us as well - having the possibility to create shared meeting preparation notes AND individual prep notes (only me) would be ideal.
