Duplicate accounts

We have Microsoft and google accounts, both with the same email. The Microsoft accounts are the email accounts and so need to be used for Hugo, however if someone logs in with Google they get a duplicate account. There does not seem to be a way to merge these or to stop this happening.

From now on, if a user has a Hugo account using an OAuth provider (i.e. Google) and tries to sign in to Hugo using a different OAuth provider (i.e. Office 365) with the same email address, that user will be blocked from creating a duplicate account and directed to their original OAuth method.
However, this will not resolve accounts that have already been duplicated. Those will have to be manually removed, however it will not occur again moving forward.
