when reading notes, the actions panel is not collapsable. It takes 50% of the real estate.
request is to make the actions panel collapsable when in note reading mode

When reading saved docs, you can now expand/collapse the actions pane as needed.

Crick Waters we understand that this takes up a lot of real-estate when on a small screen. There are various changes coming in the next few weeks that will increase available screen real-estate overall, as well as allowing the width of the actions pane to be reduced/collapsed according to individual preferences.
