Not sure why there is a meeting prep and meeting note, and they are separate. It only causes confusion for me. I think you can see this point as the meeting prep is now copied automatically to the meeting note -> complexity without actually solving a problem?

Hi everyone,
Thanks for your feedback in our Support and Customer Success channels. We completed the spec for this work and it is now in progress.
Hugo will soon support one type of document, while still preserving all of the best practices around preparing for meetings, circulating agendas with attendees and managing action items.
Here are some of the key benefits after we ship these updates:
* Simplified workflow with only one action - create a doc
* Simplified privacy model
* Simplified sharing model - it will be easier to circulate docs before and after a meeting, as well as notifying colleagues when a doc is updated
* Simplified integrations model - all connected integrations will be available, no need to manage differing availability between preparation and notes
* Better handling of deleted meetings - if you create a doc for a meeting and the organizer deletes it, you will still be able to locate your doc in the interface
